Overview
デジタルとアナログの「ま」を表現するための展示にて、触れる映像作品の展示を行いました。
写真のようで、写真ではない。
静止しているようで、静止していない。
本作「縁のなかの時間」は、7つの窓に切り取られた風景の映像作品です。
通常、レンズでコントロールするフォーカスを、アナログの素材(トレーシングペーパー)を利用し、表面を触ってフォーカスエリアを感じられるような作品としました。
デジタルの時間を、アナログの手触りが縁取る。
For an exhibition exploring "ma," the space between the digital and the analog, this piece was presented as a tactile video installation.
It resembles a photograph, yet it is not one.
It seems still, yet it is slowly moving.
"Time within the Frame" is a video work composed of landscapes seen through seven windows.
Rather than controlling focus through a lens, tracing paper was used as an analog layer, allowing the focus area to be felt by touch across the surface.
Analog texture frames digital time.
