Overview
「昔の織り技法で今のライフスタイル」をコンセプトに、伝統・ファッション・芸術の3つを融合させ、京都丹後で「職人の手仕事」にこだわったモノづくりをしているKUSKA。 京都丹後で、伝統を守り「職人の手仕事」にこだわったモノづくりをされているKUSKA様がプロデュースする、丹後の魅力を紹介するウェブメディアサイト制作しました。
新たな世代へ伝統を伝えることへ成功されている企業様でもあるため、丹後の魅力を紹介するためのメディアサイト。 ただのメディアサイトではなく、ターゲットへのアプローチを考慮する上で、ヒアリングするうちにKUSKA様の企業努力を強く感じたため、背景としての軸におき、プランニング・制作しました。
Based in Kyoto Tango, KUSKA is all about "modern life meeting traditional techniques", they have been creating products that combine tradition, fashion and art, with the focus on "artisan handicrafts". I created a web media site for KUSKA, to showcase the appeal of the Tango region and its preservation of traditional “artisan handicrafts”.
I wanted this media site to really capture the beauty of Tango, a place where tradition has successfully been passed on to the next generation. During my interviews with KUSKA's representatives, I was really impressed by their clear corporate goals. I used these as my foundation when planning and producing the site and when considering how to appeal to the target audience.
