Overview
仙台にて不動産仲介の事業を行うKURASHITO。 会社設立に伴い、企業・サービスのブランディング再構築から、名称(企業名)、ステートメントコピー、ロゴデザイン、名刺等のツール制作、サービスサイトなど全体に関わる制作を行いました。
市場調査や競合分析、差別化を定義しサービスのブランディングを再構築。その上でまずは、ブランド構築に必要な会社名（サービス名）・ロゴの策定からスタートしました。
住む場所が決まってそこで終わりということではなく、そこからも「お客様の暮らしと一緒に寄り添い続けていくこと」を連想する社名を策定し、ロゴタイプデザインでは、新しい暮らしへの扉を開けているかのような風通しの良さを表現しています。
KURASHITO is a real estate brokerage business in Sendai. With the official establishment of the company, the business and service brand needed to be re-organized, as well as the company name, logo, business card, service-site design, etc. By doing market research, competitive analysis and differentiation, I was able to redefined the service branding. I also had to create a company name (service name) and a logo to build the brand. I created the name with the idea of continuing to be close to client's lives, not just providing the end product; the place where they live. In harmony with the name, I made a logotype that conveys the idea of an open door to a new life, with a fresh, clean start.
