SES事業やオートメーションエンジニアリングサービス、電力事業を展開するAMG Solution。 エクスターナルブランディングはもちろん、インターナルブランディングに至るまで、長期的な総合ブランディングを行いました。
ご依頼をもとに社内の方を始め、事業のお客様や関わる多くの方々に対してのインタビューを実施。インタビューから優位性やターゲット分析、更にはブランディング設計を行い、軸を構成し直しました。 その上で、構築後には社内へのワークショップなどを行い、行動指針の見直しや意識の浸透、 さらには、採用エージェントの方にインタビューを行い、採用アプローチ方法を検討するための情報収集からエクスターナルブランディングに繋げたコンテンツを意識しています。
AMG Solution has business activities in SES engineering, automation engineering services and the electric power business. I have been a part of AMG Solutions' comprehensive long-term branding approach, both for internal and external branding.
At the request of the company, I interviewed in-house staff, business clients and others connected to AMG Solutions. After the interviews, I examined their strengths and did target analysis to reconstruct the foundation of their branding design. Then, I held in-house workshops to review the new conduct guidelines and engender awareness among staff. In addition, to create contents for external branding, I interviewed their recruitment agents to gather information on their approach to recruitment.
